Refund policy
- ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the original shipment date for store credit only.
- In order to receive store credit, you must visit the Returns Center on our website, listed at the bottom of the homepage, within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Any purchase using store credit for a future purchase is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on purchases made with store credit related to a return or exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached.
- If an item is returned that does not meet the criteria above, it will be ineligible for return/credit/exchange, and it will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Shipping costs to the customer will not be refunded or credited.
- Please be sure to include your invoice number in your return package.
Note: If merchandise is not returned in the original form, it will not be eligible for return.
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@boltaddiction.com
